Cancellations and no shows

     It is essential that you honor our time by keeping your scheduled appointment or let us know within 24 hours of your cancellation.  No-shows may result in full payment in advance to reserve a time for your next service.

Arrival Time

     We appreciate your valuable time and strive to honor your schedule every time you arrive for a service at Native Springs.  We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes early so that you will have time to fill out any necessary paper work needed for treatment assessment.  Thank you.

Attire

     Be comfortable.  We have a cozy cotton wrap that you’ll wear when receiving a treatment.  This replaces your shirt in an effort to keep the clay and cleansing products from dampening your clothing.

Health

     We follow state regulations for contra indicators to client care.  We reserve the right to decline services to anyone with superficial fungal infections, herpes simplex (cold sores).

Special Considerations

     Out of respect for all our guests and to completely relax from outside distractions, we ask that you place your phones on silent mode during your visit.  If your children are not receiving a service the day of your visit, we recommend that for their safety, you make other arrangements for their care.  It will be more relaxing for you as well!
